We are deeply committed to our clients’ success and go above and beyond to deliver quality, consistency and excellence.

We only accept assignments for which we possess the requisite experience and competence to perform.

Before accepting any engagement, we ensure that we have worked with our clients to establish a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope and fee arrangements.

We treat appropriately all confidential client information that is not public knowledge, take reasonable steps to prevent it from access by unauthorized people, and will not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information, either for use by ourselves, the client’s firm, another client, or other party. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement.

We encourage conscious choice and sustainable practices in all product selections and management of byproducts generated by spa services.

 

Our commitment to fiscal integrity

We agree in advance with a client on the basis for fees and expenses and will charge fees that are reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered and the responsibility accepted.

We negotiate and pass along all discounts directly to our clients. We do not accept commissions, kick backs and referral fees for any product, equipment or materials we recommend. We test all product, equipment or materials we recommend thoroughly in house before we ever contemplate recommending or using a product, equipment or materials on a client’s project.

 

Our commitment to quality in the spa industry

We set up quality systems that support development, growth and expansion of spa and wellness facilities in concert with growth and development of all team members and clients.
