Resident in Canada since 1988, Vivienne learned hands-on business skills from her entrepreneurial Irish family. Recognized internationally for her expertise in spa concept and business development, she is a European-educated and trained beauty therapist, a member of I.S.P.A. and Leading Spas of Canada, author of a wide range of published Media and a frequent guest speaker at spa industry gatherings. Her impressive credentials and proven methods have translated into effective, practical strategies for boutique hotel, resort, and retail spa projects. Vivienne oversees every function of the client relationship – from first contact to business launch, follow-up site assessments and client encouragement. Her extensive personal input helps transform your ideas into practical business solutions.

Associate Consultants

Our Associate Consultants are available to help you with technical protocol, technical training, continuous evaluation of staff, and interior decorating and design. We also retain an Image Consultant to assist in creating and maintaining a personal image and provide etiquette training.
